My mother passed and we really had a need for a bigger home so we decided to make the move into her house to make it our home for our family. That left us with a home to sell. With 4 kids at home in a cramped space along with the needed updates to the home and dealing with my mothers estate listing the home for sale didn’t make any sense at all for us. Mom was getting older and it was time that she make a move closer to us so that we can help her. We live about 2 hours outside of Des Moines so when she moved we needed to sell the house.
